In the event that you pay for any specialized remote diagnostic consultations or third-party service plans through our independent helpdesk, this refund policy governs the terms of service return.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Failure: If our technical specialist is completely unable to identify or troubleshoot your setup error or network issue, you are eligible for a 100% refund of any consultation fee paid.
- Cancellation: If you request to cancel a scheduled technical assistance session before the technician calls you or starts remote assistance, a full refund will be processed immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds will not be issued if the technical setup issue was successfully resolved but later recurs due to customer network changes, ISP downtimes, or physical hardware failures.
- Subscriptions to third-party streaming content, channels, or platform activations must be cancelled directly with the respective trademark provider and are not subject to refund by our independent desk.
